A	Alberto Nuccio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La veterinaria che ha visitato la mia gatta è stata davvero molto professionale, gentile ed ha eseguito dei controlli molto più completi sulla mia micia rispetto alla mia vecchia veterinaria, seppur in modo molto più delicato, quindi direi anche più precisa, e - per la prima volta -, ho visto una veterinaria riuscire a tener ferma la mia gatta senza farsi linciare o sbranare le mani. Gli esami si sono rivelati molto precisi, lo stress sulla gatta molto minore di quanto fossi abituato. Peccato solo che i farmaci non erano presenti da loro e sono dovuto andare in farmacia a prenderli e che non ci fossero dei campioncini della Royal da provare e sono ancora indeciso su che cibo provare adesso, perché la Schesir le provoca alitosi, ma questo direi che non è assolutamente colpa della veterinaria... Anzi... 5 stelle meritate, raccomandando vivamente a tutti e grazie mille per tutto! Avrei tante cose belle da dire (dato che porto i miei due cani, tre gatti e conigli in questa Clinica da più di dieci anni). Ma credo che il loro punto di forza - per niente scontato dato che i pazienti sono gli animali e non le persone - è la grande capacità empatica e la gentilezza che dimostrano nei confronti dei proprietari. Dalle cose più semplici ai problemi più gravi, si prendono sempre il tempo di spiegare in parole comprensibili cosa sta succedendo al nostro peloso, quali sono le possibilità di cura e perché è preferibile una terapia rispetto all'altra ecc. con molto tatto e sensibilità. Insomma: oltre alle cure per animali, si prendono cura delle preoccupazioni del proprietario, per questo io dico che sì sono i veterinari dei miei animali ma anche i veterinari del mio cuore. It is a fantastic veterinary clinic: as a structure, staff, equipment, possibility of specialist visits, etc. I have a lot of nice things to say (since I have been bringing my two dogs, three cats and rabbits to this clinic for more than ten years). But I believe that their strength - not at all obvious given that patients are animals and not people - is the great empathic capacity and kindness they show towards their owners. From the simplest things to the most serious problems, they always take the time to explain in understandable words what is happening to our dog, what are the possibilities of cure and why one therapy is preferable over the other etc. with a lot of tact and sensitivity. In short: in addition to caring for animals, they take care of the owner's concerns, which is why I say that yes they are the veterinarians of my animals but also the veterinarians of my heart.
