★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Farmacia pulita, medici competenti e molto disponibili. Pur essendo una farmacia di un piccolo paese come Villa è ben fornito e in comunicazione con tutti i medici compresi i veterinari. La ricetta arriva direttamente al loro terminale. Ottima cosa.
Si trova appena passato il semaforo senza entrare in paese e c è pure il posto auto a loro dedicato.
 Clean pharmacy, competent doctors and very available. Despite being a pharmacy in a small country like Villa is well stocked and in communication with all the doctors including veterinarians. The recipe arrives directly at their terminal. Excellent thing.
It is just past the traffic light without entering the village and there is also a parking space dedicated to them.

Sono tutti estremamente cortesi e soprattutto molto competenti. Si prendono cura del cliente e sanno dare sempre i consigli migliori. La farmacia è molto ben fornita e capita raramente di non trovare subito disponibile il farmaco di cui si necessita.
Inoltre hanno anche una linea particolare di prodotti "fatti da loro", molto validi ed a prezzi veramente vantaggiosi. Infine l'orario di apertura, così ampio, è veramente utile.
For me this is not a pharmacy, it is THE PHARMACY.
They are all extremely courteous and above all very competent. They take care of the customer and always know how to give the best advice. The pharmacy is very well stocked and it rarely happens that you don't immediately find the medicine you need available.
They also have a particular line of products "made by them", very valid and at really advantageous prices. Finally, the wide opening hours are really useful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avendo chiamato preventivamente e chiedendo se era possibile fare tampone senza prenotazione, mi sono presentato e mi e' stato riferito che mi stavano facendo un "favore" nonostante 15 minuti prima avessi avuto la conferma del loro servizio.
Dipendenti scortesi e si sono coalizzati contro di me perché dovevo prenotare e hanno ribadito più volte che mi stavano facendo un "favore".
Siete degli incompetenti e maleducati.

Having called in advance and asking if it was possible to swab without a reservation, I introduced myself and was told that they were doing me a "favor" despite having received confirmation of their service 15 minutes before.
Rude employees and they ganged up on me because I had to book and reiterated multiple times that they were doing me a "favor".
You are incompetent and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata con mia madre a fare un tampone senza prenotazione la settimana scorsa e non mi è stato detto nulla, il mio ragazzo oggi si è presentato previa telefonata per fare il tampone.
Quando si e' presentato gli e' stato riferito che doveva prenotare e non volevo farlo nonostante la chiamata precedente. Personale davvero maleducato, sicuramente non ci tornerò.
I went with my mother to swab without a reservation last week and I was not told anything, my boyfriend showed up today after a phone call to swab.
When he showed up he was told he had to book and I didn't want to do it despite the previous call. Really rude staff, definitely won't go back.
