Li ho conosciuti appena trasferitami a Trento, quando il mio cagnolino Jack ha iniziato ad avere delle crisi epilettiche. Ora lui sta bene, la terapia consigliataci è risultata vincente, e l'ambulatorio è ormai un punto di riferimento in cui ripongo la massima fiducia. Il Dott. Sebastiani dedica sempre del tempo a spiegare in modo approfondito il significato delle analisi piuttosto che le motivazioni per cui somministra una cura anziché un'altra, cosa che apprezzo molto. Personalmente ho l'impressione che qui ci si prenda davvero cura degli animali, e la felicità di Jack, che scodinzola ogni volta che entriamo in ambulatorio, ne è la prova. In this clinic all the staff are highly competent. I met them as soon as I moved to Trento, when my little dog Jack started having epileptic seizures. Now he is fine, the therapy recommended to us has been successful, and the clinic is now a point of reference in which I place the utmost confidence. Dr. Sebastiani always takes the time to explain in depth the meaning of the analyzes rather than the reasons for administering one treatment rather than another, which I really appreciate. Personally, I have the impression that here we really take care of the animals, and the happiness of Jack, who wags his tail every time we enter the clinic, is proof of this.

D	Domy Andreoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente da 9 anni e mi scuso se il mio cane di anni 17 si è ammalato in un giorno festivo, ma 34,43 euro di supplemento prestazione ( Senza preavviso al momento della prenotazione) mi sembra eccessivo visto che costa più della visita clinica che è di 32,79euro e che non è stata effettuata dal Direttore Sanitario molto bravo e professionale ma da una collega, penso una "principiante" in quanto ho dovuto consigliarle io di provare la febbre e controllare le orecchie al cane. Sono molto dispiaciuta e un po' delusa non tanto per l'aspetto economico ma per quello professionale e umano. I have been a customer for 9 years and I apologize if my 17-year-old dog fell ill on a public holiday, but the 34.43 euro service supplement (without notice at the time of booking) seems excessive to me as it costs more than the clinic visit that it is 32,79euro and it was not carried out by the very good and professional Medical Director but by a colleague, I think a "beginner" as I had to advise her to try the fever and check the dog's ears. I am very sorry and a little disappointed not so much for the economic aspect but for the professional and human one.

Animal Care provides discounted or free medical care for some procedures on cats adopted from the local cat rescue centre, Centro Felix, which I find commendable. I've been taking my cats to Animal Care for over 20 years and I have never been disappointed with the way my pets have been treated. However, I will admit to finding one of the receptionists being quite abrupt at times, which may be due to the fact that the company is very busy. That said, the veterinary care is excellent, which, when you have a sick animal, is all that matters.
