Insomma, consigliatissimo!!! Dr. Palmisano and her team are simply fantastic: very competent and professional and at the same time very kind and super nice. They provide all the information that is requested, explain their diagnoses in detail and never offer superfluous or useless treatments - guaranteeing our 10-year-old cat that we have always brought to them and the newcomer who thanks to the care and advice of Dr. Palmisano and his team saved us from certain death. Ho un labrador, dopo la prima visita per i vaccini la dottoressa Palmisano mi ha consigliato di procedere alle lastre preventive per scongiurare problemi displasia e eventualmente intervenire con la microchirurgia. Un intervento non traumatico che molti veterinari non propongono neanche, fra tutti gli amici che hanno cani di media o grossa taglia che sono seguiti da altri professionisti , nessun altro veterinario aveva proposto tale indagine. L'intervento può essere fatto in una ristrettissima finestra di crescita ma quasi nessun altro lo propone. Adesso sono tranquilla e serena, con la certezza di aver un cane senza problemi ortopedici, con la sicurezza che il cane è seguito anche nella crescita dallo staff che ha un'occhio speciale alla prevenzione. Per chi ama i cani di grossa taglia non è poco! piuttosto che incrociare le dita e sperare che tutto vada bene meglio rivolgersi a professionisti seri e competenti. Professionalism, customer focus and above all always in step with modern medicine. I have a labrador, after the first visit for vaccines, Dr. Palmisano advised me to proceed with the preventive x-rays to avoid dysplasia problems and possibly intervene with microsurgery. A non-traumatic intervention that many veterinarians do not even propose, among all the friends who have medium or large dogs who are followed by other professionals, no other veterinarian had proposed such an investigation. The surgery can be done in a very narrow window of growth but hardly anyone else offers it. Now I am calm and serene, with the certainty of having a dog without orthopedic problems, with the certainty that the dog is also followed in growth by the staff who have a special eye for prevention. For those who love large dogs it is not cheap! rather than crossing your fingers and hoping that everything goes well, it is better to turn to serious and competent professionals.

Mi ha stupito anche la disponibiltà di intervenire e essere sempre reperibili anche fuori dagli orari dell'ambulatorio. Cosa da non sottovalutare!! Un ringraziamento particolare a Mattia che ha seguito Valentino, il nostro cagnolino, con molta cura e cercando di fare tutto il possibile per farlo star meglio. Molto preparato e diagnosi corretta fin da subito. Mi sono trovata benissimo anche per i miei due gattini! Available, professional, very kind, they love our animals as if they were their own !! A causa di una malattia incurabile abbiamo perso un paio di mesi la nostra gattina a cui volevamo un gran bene. Abbiamo passato settimane orribili, passando per rinomate cliniche all'avanguardia, tra esami, medici, specialisti. Vi assicuriamo che la grande competenza, le capacità di gestire la situazione, l'empatia con la gattina che stava male, il sostegno che abbiamo trovato nella dott.ssa Palmisano e nel dott. Beber non li abbiamo riscontrati da nessun'altra parte. Sono entrambi professionisti di gran livello e umanamente persone splendide. Grazie di cuore per tutto. Daniela, Andrea e Anna. We waited some time to write this review, to avoid judgments on the wave of emotion. Due to an incurable disease, we lost our kitten for a couple of months. We loved her very much. We spent horrible weeks, passing through renowned state-of-the-art clinics, including exams, doctors, specialists. We assure you that the great competence, the ability to manage the situation, the empathy with the kitten who was sick, the support we found in Dr. Palmisano and in Dr. Beber we haven't encountered them anywhere else.
