R	Roberta Sommariva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono ospite di questa clinica solo perché qui lavora un gran professionista, il Dott Rigotti, lui è unico e irripetibile, lo staff delle sale chirurgiche è altrettanto professionale, attento, disponibile e empatico. Non è così purtroppo per il personale amministrativo, scostante, scarsamente sollecito e decisamente per nulla empatico, spesso rasentano l'arroganza e andrebbero seriamente ripresi per la lora scarsa attitudine alle relazione umane, con l'aggravante che spesso gli utenti sono in difficoltà per stati emotivi o età. I am a guest of this clinic only because a great professional works here, Dr. Rigotti, he is unique and unrepeatable, the staff of the surgical rooms is equally professional, attentive, helpful and empathetic. A volte si prova l'intera mattina a chiamare e riscontra sempre occupato. In compenso molto rigidi e poco flessibili (unilateralmente perché invece attendere fuori con il freddo il ritardo di oltre mezz'ora uno specialista è dato per scontato) Always difficult to book. Trattano benissimo i pazienti, si vede che amano il loro lavoro (cosa non scontata). Clinic with very competent and trained doctors and nurses. The staff is very courteous, helpful and nice. Visita ortopedica per mia mamma in seguito a caduta , prenotata privatamente per evitare tempo di attesa che tutti conosciamo ....fatte due visite con esami tra le due e le frettolose visite e conclusioni in entrambe le occasioni erano diverse tra loro per poi rivelarsi completamente divergenti dalla realtà ....il medico riferisce che in seguito non ci sarebbe più stato lui a visionare l ulteriore esame ma di farlo visionare ad una collega .... Fatto esame e lasciato referto in segreteria perché fosse visionato dal medico che era stato riferito avrebbe dovuto visionare e commentare .... Morale dopo 3 giorni siamo andati a riprendere gli esami perché nessuno si è degnato di chiamare ....ah la segreteria ha confermato che il medico che avrebbe dovuto trasferirsi ad altra sede opera ancora all interno della clinica .... Fatta visita (altra privata ) da altro ortopedico con diagnosi reale che è ben lontana dai tentativi del primo medico . Professionalità e serietà sono ben altro !
