Troppe attese ...per una visita ho aspettato 6 mesi e visto che mi e' stata confermata la cataratta giovanile dopo 4 mesi ancora aspetto un intervento . Ho chiamato per informarmi e nn mi hanno saputo dare una risposta . Complimenti per l organizzazione !!!! Il clima di estrema freddezza ..ho trovato solo un infermiere molto disponibile e umano !!!! Nn parliamo del medico che mi ha visitato ....NN FACCIO IL NOME .....trattata come un idiota che nn poteva fare domande e chiedere nulla.....le risposte erano affrettate e in malo modo !!!! DA DIMENTICARE !!!! vorrei ricordare che noi cittadini paghiamo le tasse e abbiamo diritto alla tutela salute !! E nn è colpa nostra se abbiamo patologie più o meno gravi. Che però anche nei casi più leggeri possono essere invalidanti ....come quello di una cataratta ...se la pensate come me nn abbiate paura a scrivere . Io per finire ho deciso di cambiare ospedale ....altra regione !!!! Saluti
I leave my positive comment on the ophthalmology department. Too many waits ... for a visit I waited 6 months and since I was confirmed the juvenile cataract after 4 months I still wait for an operation. I called to inquire and they didn't know how to give me an answer. Congratulations on the organization !!!! The climate of extreme coldness .. I found only a very helpful and human nurse !!!! Nn we speak of the doctor who visited me .... NN I DO THE NAME ..... treated like an idiot who nn could ask questions and ask nothing ..... the answers were hasty and badly !!!! TO FORGET !!!! I would like to remember that we citizens pay taxes and have the right to health protection !! And it is not our fault that we have more or less serious pathologies. But even in the lightest cases they can be disabling .... like that of a cataract ... if you think like me don't be afraid to write. I finally decided to change hospital .... other region !!!! Regards

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia madre non vede da un occhio, l'altro deve essere operato di cataratta, ho chiamato ad agosto, visita a novembre, un inferno per fare le visite...siamo quasi a maggio ed ancora é in attesa di essere operata e nel frattempo non vede più ed é rinchiusa da mesi in casa.....pessimi!!!!!!!!
My mother can't see in one eye, the other must be operated on for cataracts, I called in August, visit in November, hell to do the visits ... it's almost May and she is still waiting to be operated on and in the meantime she can't see anymore and has been locked up in the house for months ..... bad !!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina mammografia e visita di controllo per mia madre novantenne con problemi di deambulazione. Infermiere gentili, sensibili, sorridenti e collaborative. Visita con dott. Quartieri, molto bravo, professionale ma gentile ed empatico(è evidente che ama la sua professione) Alla fine della visita ho avuto l'opportunità di prenotare già il controllo per il prossimo anno. A questo reparto efficiente ed accogliente và la mia gratitudine e quella di mia madre Renata
