Andando poi in studio da lui fuori Regione (io da Mantova, ma molti ci vanno anche dal Trentino), ho avuto modo di apprezzare la professionalità con cui opera sotto qualsiasi aspetto questo professionista che, oltre a essere un competentissimo nutrizionista, è anche un personal trainer e quindi può offrire consulenza a 360 gradi: a cominciare dall’igiene, dall’ordine e dall’attenzione verso il cliente che si traduce nei minimi dettagli (ad esempio macchinetta per il caffè in sala d’attesa), per finire poi al rapporto vero e proprio col cliente: dieta e tante ricette, svariati mini-manuali alimentari… nulla è lasciato al caso. Spesso mi è capitato di scrivergli per un dubbio alimentare via mail, ottenendo puntualmente risposta in tempi rapidi e con la massima cordialità. Apparecchiature all’avanguardia, ma soprattutto traspaiono la passione e la totale padronanza della materia, la soddisfazione che lui stesso prova nel constatare il raggiungimento del risultato. Se avete bisogno di un professionista serio e preparato, lo consiglio senza ombra di dubbio! It has often happened to me to write to him for a food doubt via e-mail, promptly obtaining an answer quickly and with the utmost cordiality. State-of-the-art equipment, but above all the passion and total mastery of the material, the satisfaction that he himself feels in seeing the achievement of the result, transpire. If you need a serious and prepared professional, I recommend it without a shadow of a doubt!
