F	F S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza con il personale amministrativo del servizio PRIVATO di check up: persone arroganti, maleducate, e poco professionali. 1) ho dovuto richiamare almeno 10 volte per riuscire a prenotare. Quando finalmente qualcuno ha risposto, il tono era da ufficio statale, sgarbato e pressopochista, piuttosto che da centralino di un servizio sanitario privato (gentile, attento e professionale) 2) nonostante avessi chiarito gli esami da fare, la persona non ha prenotato una visita perché affermava di non conoscere una specialità da me richiesta (esistente e disponibile); 3) mi è stata confermata in primis una visita aggiuntiva per poi scoprire, il giorno del check up, che era stata cancellata 4) ho chiesto una dicitura richiesta dalla mia assicurazione sulla fattura, e sempre queste persone si sono opposte apostrofando la mia richiesta come "paradossale" (chiedevo una semplice frase mandatoria per la mia assicurazione) 5) ho dovuto richiamare io dopo 10 giorni per sapere se i risultati erano pronti...nessuno si è preoccupato di avvertirmi... 6) a tutt'oggi, due settimane dopo gli esami, non so ancora nulla e non mi viene risposto 7) le persone succitate danno del TU a tutti, anche a persone adulte La gestione del servizio check up è totalmente da rivedere, e il personale deve comportarti son serietà, gentilezza e professionalità. Attendo attendo e poi chiedono di lasciare il numero dopo ore che aspetti, lasci il numero e non vieni mai più neanche richiamato. Complimenti questa è la vostra serietà e professionalità. La risonanza è stata però fatta bene come tutto il resto....solo la reception della RMN lascia a desiderare ...l addetta sembra dire cose x automatismo.... Sto cercando di prenotare un ecocolordoppler cardiaco richiesto dalla vostra cardiologa Simona Bruno e poiché dai vostri sportelli mi hanno sempre rimandato a una successiva prenotazione per indisponibilità ho provato a fare la mia richiesta per telefono con il suddetto risultato. Nel Vs CUP ho sentito una persona che si lamentava per non aver potuto prenotare telefonicamente per il motivo che ora sto rappresentando, quindi anche Voi siete a conoscenza del disagio che create per l’attesa inutile al telefono. Non posso fare niente se non diffondere conoscenti e amici la vostra indifferenza e quindi optare verso altre strutture. S	Silvano Bazzana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi 1 febbraio 2022 , dalle ore 14 alle ore 16 ho chiamato 15 volte il numero 035283522 per un appuntamento. 12 volte è risultato occupato e 3 volte (dalle 15.30 alle 15.47)è risultato libero. Ha squillato per parecchi minuti ma nessuno si è degnato di rispondere. Il servizio termina alle 16 e fino ad allora qualcuno deve essere lì a rispondere. Non mi rivolgerò più a voi: meglio morire orbo che avere un infarto.
