A	Angela Borello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo una brutta esperienza all'ospedale civile di Cosenza, mi hanno trasferito al centro di riabilitazione della Madonna della catena, per riprendermi dopo l'intervento. Pensavo di essere trattata come alla'Annunziata (cioè malissimo) e invece ho trovato degli Angeli. Mi hanno sostenuto sia moralmente che fisicamente. Ringrazio le donne delle pulizie che lavorano tantissimo e sono gentilissime con tutti. Il caposala Pietro, persona splendida e molto preparata. Gli infermieri sempre pronti per qualsiasi necessità. Le oss che appena suonavi il campanello venivano subito e la dolcezza delle educatrici. l'assistente sociale Antonia che si è molto prodigata per me. E poi ringrazio Francesco per la terapia. Una persona splendida e speciale . I miei fisioterapisti Emilio e Rosalina che anche nei momenti più duri mi hanno spronato a non mollare. I direttori e il dottor Donato che è stato molto paziente e preparato e il personale tutto. Grazie...grazie di cuore, senza di voi non ce l'avrei mai fatta. Sono arrivata immobilizzata e ritorno in Lombardia con le mie gambe. Ti chiamano per un appuntamento col medico e aspetti minimo 2 ore prima che un assistente sociale (il medico non si degna di scendere) ti parli e ti dica niente. Devono darti delle semplici fotocopie da portare al medico? Aspetti un'altra ora. Così, per sport. Un particolare ringraziamento ad Emiliano del reparto di ortopedia ed alla fisioterapista Luciana per la professionalità, gentilezza e passione con cui svolgono il loro lavoro! My mother stayed at the rehabilitation clinic for about a month after a hip surgery and was really happy with the kindness and courtesy of all the medical and paramedical staff. d	danilo albanese on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da ex dipedente della struttura, dopo diversi anni da quando lavoravo qui, e dopo aver girato molte cliniche e ospedali d' Italia, posso dire che è una delle poche, se non l'eccellenza esclusiva della Calabria. Penso che i feedback negativi siano quasi inutili. Conosco i medici e il personale sanitario operante nella struttura, e posso dire che sono persone veramente capaci e competenti, perlomeno quelli con cui ho lavorato. Una struttura che a mio avviso è paragonabile, se non superiore a una struttura pubblica. Il problema è che nelle strutture pubbliche, i parenti dei malati, anche se il personale è incapace, tendono a essere molto piu soft, a differenza delle strutture private, e del "io pago e pretendo". Non funziona così, bisogna valutare diversi aspetti della struttura in cui ci si trova. Invito a confrontare suddetta clinica, con altre strutture, ed è li che si nota la differenza. Io sono orgoglioso di aver lavorato e sopratutto IMPARATO in questa struttura d'eccellenza. 5 stelle super meritate. Anche in Calabria, in alcune parti la sanità è un' eccellenza. As a former employee of the structure, after several years from when I worked here, and after having toured many clinics and hospitals in Italy, I can say that it is one of the few, if not the exclusive excellence of Calabria. I think negative feedback is almost useless. I know the doctors and health personnel working in the facility, and I can say that they are truly capable and competent people, at least those with whom I have worked. A structure that in my opinion is comparable, if not superior to a public structure. The problem is that in public structures, relatives of the sick, even if the staff are incapable, tend to be much softer, unlike private structures, and the "I pay and I demand". It doesn't work like that, you have to evaluate different aspects of the structure you are in. I invite you to compare this clinic with other facilities, and it is there that you notice the difference. I am proud to have worked and above all LEARNED in this structure of excellence. Per un mese mia nonna è stata ricoverata in questa clinica, nella quale il suo stato di salute è peggiorato moltissimo e anche quando la situazione stava precipitando, continuavano a dirci che lei stava bene. Nonostante le visite avvengano attraverso una “stanza degli abbracci” a causa del covid, mia nonna, come molti altri, ha però contratto il virus. Quando il quadro clinico di mia nonna è peggiorato (principalmente a causa del covid), ci hanno telefonato e anche ACCUSATI di essere stati noi a dire che non volevamo farla trasferire in ospedale, quando ovviamente non era vero. Inoltre, sia a noi che ad altre persone ci sono stati dati dei vestiti sporchi che non erano quelli dei nostri parenti. CONCLUSIONE: MIA NONNA È DECEDUTA.
