La professionalità dei medici a disposizione nel centro è encomiabile. Laboratorio analisi eccellente con relativo costo molto simile a quello di una struttura pubblica . La sensazione che si ha quando si viene in questo centro è quella di sentirsi protetti nella soluzione dei propri problemi di salute e questo sicuramente è merito anche della Direzione del Centro molto attenta alle esigenze dei propri clienti me compreso. Cordialità ed efficienza le parole chiave. Da sempre il prelievo di sangue dalle mie braccia è risultato difficoltoso fino al caso negativo di cui parlavo prima dove sono stati necessari 3 BUCHI di cui uno nella mano e per non ottenere nemmeno tutto il sangue necessario. In questo caso l'infermiera ha valutato con attenzione il braccio e ha estratto quello che doveva senza lasciare nessun ematoma. Da parte mia:Grazie. Ora ho 35 anni e da sempre faccio esami e visite qui, estrema professionalità ma anche tantissima umanità, cosa da non dare per scontata, così fondamentale soprattutto nei momenti più delicati o difficili. Complimenti a tutti i professionisti dell ismac, in particolare al dr. Rocchi e alla dottoressa Latella che sta seguendo me e il mio compagno in un percorso particolare con una disponibilità e una professionalità uniche. Complimenti davvero. I've been let waiting at the reception twice, both before and after my visit, when the clinic was basically empty and employees were chatting with each other. Then the doctor who saw me was in a rush, checking the time a couple of times and lacking any kindness. For a 150 Euro visit, I certainly expect a very different treatment. The only positive thing: the appointment started more or less on time.
