Alla fine era la caldaia, problema risolto!
Very kind in answering my email and taking charge of an inspection for an anomaly that perhaps was the heating system and not the boiler (for example a well-known assistance from Ferrara, of which I have been a customer for years, liquidated me by referring me to a plumber). In the end it was the boiler, problem solved!
