Compré una cama para mi hijo y a los tres años un tornillo que une el hidráulico al armazón de la cama hace revientar el armazón. Evidentemente esto no debe ocurrir en la vida de la cama. La tienda donde la compré ha tenido que pagar las piezas de su bolsillo ya que Clei se ha desentendido del problema. Un diez para la tienda de muebles que me vendió la cama y un cero para Clei. No sé puede dejar tirado a un cliente y a un punto de distribución de esta manera. Un saludo y siento hacer esta reseña. The product is good but their after-sales service is not up to the standard. I bought a bed for my son and at three years old a screw that connects the hydraulic to the bed frame makes the frame burst. Obviously this should not happen in the life of the bed. The store where I bought it has had to pay for the parts out of pocket since Clei has ignored the problem. A ten for the furniture store that sold me the bed and a zero for Clei. I don't know how you can dump a customer and a distribution point like this. Greetings and sorry to make this review.

A 05/2017 mi dicono che CLEI consegna a 40/60 gg.. mio malgrado attendo quindi il 24/06/2017 come concordato per la consegna del prodotto. SABATO 24/06/2017 arriva il prodotto come da accordi, ma CLEI HA ERRATO I PEZZI ed i montatori del negozio referente, seppur preparati e competenti, NON possono procedere .. debbo aspettare un'altra settimana per aver il prodotto montato, CLEI HA ERRATO E A CLEI OCCORRE RIORDINARE E OVVIAMENTE RIATTENDERE IL PEZZO MANCANTE... QUESTA è LA SERIETà DI CLEI: prezzi altissimi e INCAPACITà DI PREPARARE e GESTIRE LE CONSEGNE NONOSTANTE PASSINO 2 MESI DALL'ORDINE... Ho comprato il loro castello Kali Duo Board da Konvert arredamenti a Grugliasco, vicino Torino e mi sono trovato molto bene. Il negozio da un servizio eccellente: progettazione e competenza. Oltre al montaggio fatto da persone davvero capaci. E il letto è comodo veramente. lo lasciamo già pronto e la scrivania è grande. Siamo molto contenti Very nice product and at fair prices. SCONSIGLIATO: nel caso dimentichiate di togliere i cuscini la rottura del meccanismo vi costerà più di 2000€. Al momento dell'acquisto ci era stato detto di togliere i cuscini ma non che la dimenticanza sarebbe costata così cara! Siamo a gennaio, dopo il sopralluogo del rivenditore Interni Ars Concept il responso: per la Clei dobbiamo cambiare, a questo punto chiediamo di sostituire con il meccanismo manuale ma ci viene detto che non si può...quindi di nuovo elettrico a più di 2000€. Non volendo spendere così tanto proviamo con la riparazione spendendo alla fine un po' meno della metà...dopo tre mesi si rompe di nuovo, non per aver dimenticato i cuscini ma per il malfunzionamento della riparazione. A questo punto non passiamo dal rivenditore e scriviamo direttamente alla Clei raccontando il tutto, di seguito veniamo contattate dal rivenditore Interni Ars Concept invitato dalla Clei a risolvere la cosa, venendoci incontro al modico prezzo di più di 2000€.! ..e udite udite col meccanismo manuale! Quindi il consiglio è: meccanismo manuale e NON CERTAMENTE A MARCHIO CLEI! Ci sono sicuramente sul mercato aziende con più rispetto per i clienti. They refused to do something to correct the failure and ended up with saying it with my fault, although it is clearly a fabrication made failure. I expect a better service, when paying 3000 Euros for a bed. Due to this bad customer service, I recommend you to search for another supplier.
