★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo, siamo andati per cambiare un regalo e non c’è lo hanno cambiato in quanto andava fatto entro 7 giorni (non riferito al momento dell’acquisto). Comunque eravamo fuori di 3 giorni non di un mese. Era solo un cambio taglia. Non mi vedranno mai più.
Terrible, we went to change a gift and they didn't change it as it had to be done within 7 days (not referring to the time of purchase). However we were out of 3 days not a month. It was just a size change. They will never see me again.

Comunque bravi tutti!
Excellent value for money. Friendly and very competent staff. Every now and then I move from Liguria to Pavia and the stage from Clayton Uomo (Carrefour) is fixed. The saleswoman Ilaria is very prepared and kind.
