Ovviamente la compagnia telefonica non è in grado di risolvere nulla e da City Trans solo risposte scorbutiche e che mettono in dubbio la situazione. Cambiate mestiere, davvero. Shameful beyond all measure. We have been waiting two weeks for a SIM, in stock due to "recipient absence", but where I work there is a concierge open 24/24! Obviously the telephone company is not able to solve anything and from City Trans only grumpy answers that question the situation. Change jobs, really.

Partiamo dal fatto che Tim ,come detto da operatore,ha scelto questo corriere per il costo minore rispetto a bartolini. Vengo contattato da call center di taranto ( la ditta è di napoli), il quale mi comunica che il 21/12 dalle 9 alle 13 sarebbero passati per consegnarmi la mia sim Tim. Sono arrivato in ritardo anche al lavoro ma nessuno è passato senza avvisare della cosa. Ieri giornata del 27/12 ricevo alle 11 della mattina, la chiamata del signore che consegna neanche dalla sede; buongiorno dice, tra 10 min passo. Cosi è successo e dato che mi serviva, non ho potuto rifiutare. Sunto della cosa? societá tim furba e menefreghista che non sá mai dare spiegazioni, Societá corriere non professionale e che non rispetta la vita delle persone. Benvenuti in ITALIA.
