Ho chiamato poco prima delle 9,30 e veniva indicata l'ora di apertura alle 9,30. Subito dopo chiamavo, alle ore 9,32, e il disco ripeteva che per non perdere la priorità occorreva attendere. L'attesa è durata fino ad ora, mezz'ora esatta, e continua. Dopo 11 minuti e 30 la chiamata si interrompe. Il problema: come fare per ricevere ascolto? Troverete persone maleducate,svogliate che sembra vi facciano una cortesia a ricevervi,aggiungendo a tutto questo il fatto che sono anche distratti e sbagliano le consegne senza manco chiedere scusa,e mi riferisco ad uno di loro che mi ha fatto il pippone chilometrico asserendo l'impossibilità che l'errore potesse essere il loro...eh menomale! Si può sbagliare per carità,ma qui manca proprio l'umiltà di fare mea culpa. Mai più. AGG. Aria fritta? Non credo proprio!
