Fuori ce una grande piscina bellissima con tavoli a bordo piscina in estate. ( d'estate è qualcosa di veramente carino..!) Pizza squisita! Pizzaiolo, affermato già da qualche anno molto ben preparato! Staff nuovo e giovane in via di crescita!? Personale qualificato in crescita? Volendo si può stare un intera giornata, d'estate, in piscina con possibilità di menù vario. Io personalmente ci vado da qualche anno e la pizza è sempre ottima e anche la ristorazione e in continua evoluzione ottimale!? Beautiful, refined, clean, tidy and comfortable place! The interior is cozy, elegant and rustic at the same time. Outside is a beautiful large swimming pool with poolside tables in the summer. (in summer it's something really nice ..!) Delicious pizza! Pizzaiolo, established for some years already very well prepared! New and young growing staff! ? Qualified personnel growing? If you want you can stay a whole day, in summer, in the pool with the possibility of a varied menu. I personally have been going there for a few years and the pizza is always excellent and also the restaurant is constantly evolving optimal! ?

Anche per metà giornata, in ogni caso una ladrata incredibile. Assolutamente l' ultimo posto dove andare se vi trovate in vacanza in Puglia. Don't go there !!!!!! For the first entry they ask you 30 euros, you got it right !!!!! 30 EUR!!!!!! Even for half a day, in any case an incredible steal. Absolutely the last place to go if you are on holiday in Puglia.

Mi ci hanno portato per una Réunion familiare e sono stati cortesissimi ,tenete conto che ho un Terranova e piccolo non é ,non hanno neppure storto il naso anzi sono anche attrezzati con ciotole per fare bere. Il posto poi ... Solarium ,piscina e ristorazione ottima . Bagnini attenti e piscina a diverse profondità .mia figlia di 4 anni si é divertita in sicurezza . Molto consigliato Unexpected place. R	Raffaele Mucciolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto tranquillo e confortevole. Incantevole la zona piscina esterna c/o L'acquolina. L'accoglienza discreta e disponibile. Il menù ricercato e semplice. Io suggerirei che l'antipasto con pesce e purè di patate in crosta venga riscaldato in forno e non in miscroonde, la temperatura interna era troppo elevata ed ha causato non poche ustioni agli ignari avventori. Il risotto delicato ma i gamberi vanno serviti freddi per contrastare la temperatura del risotto, non vanno serviti a temperatura ambiente sopratutto d'estate, il segreto è sgusciare i gamberi freschi e lasciarli in frigo, mai congelarli per evitare che diventino viscidi al palato quandi serviti al cliente, poi prima di servirli sul piatto per 10/15 min vengano messi in un abbattitore di temperatura e pogiati sul risotto, suggerisco di interporre delle erbe tra il risotto e i gamberi per evitate che questi raggiungano subito la temperatura ambiente o peggio del risotto. La pescatrice in purea di peperoni gradevole ma consiglierei di contrastare la delicatezza del pesce con un po' di sapidità, oppure aggiungendo un solo peperone più piccante agli altri, questo garantisce un delicato contrasto a quello che mancava. Il gelato era davvero molto delicato e cremoso... bravi perché non tutti sanno confezionare un buon gelato. Nel complesso un 4/5 ma i presupposti per migliorare con pochissimi accorgimenti ci sono. Infine le porzioni erano giuste ma consiglio sempre di fare un rapido ripasso, per gli avventori é sempre sinonimo di abbondanza a fronte di un costo insignificante per la struttura. In bocca al lupo. Quiet and comfortable place. The outdoor pool area at L'acquolina is enchanting. The discreet and helpful welcome. The refined and simple menu. I would suggest that the starter with fish and mashed potatoes in crust is heated in the oven and not in microwave, the internal temperature was too high and caused quite a few burns to the unsuspecting patrons. The delicate risotto but the prawns should be served cold to contrast the temperature of the risotto, they should not be served at room temperature especially in summer, the secret is to shell the fresh prawns and leave them in the fridge, never freeze them to prevent them from becoming slimy on the palate when served to the customer, then before serving them on the plate for 10/15 min they are put in a blast chiller and placed on the risotto, I suggest to interpose some herbs between the risotto and the prawns to prevent them from immediately reaching room temperature or worse than risotto. The monkfish in pepper puree is pleasant but I would recommend contrasting the delicacy of the fish with a little flavor, or adding a single spicier pepper to the others, this guarantees a delicate contrast to what was missing. The ice cream was really very delicate and creamy ... good because not everyone knows how to make a good ice cream. Overall a 4/5 but the conditions to improve with very few tricks are there. Finally, the portions were right but I always recommend a quick review, for the patrons it is always synonymous with abundance in the face of an insignificant cost for the structure. Good luck.
