Esperienza pessima con personale scortese e arrogante soprattutto in questo periodo di crisi dovrebbero trattare meglio chi gli dà il " pane" peccato perché il posto ě valido e areoso per i bimbi con possibilità di gioco per i più piccoli ... non sto a raccontare la storia nel dettaglio che ci vorrebbe un giorno intero ma sottolineo LA PRESENZA DI MUFFA BEN VISIBILE nel formaggio portato a tavola e il ragu della bimba che sapeva di acido e infatti non l ha mangiato !! Peccato che la sua risposta non ě la verità...con tanto di telefonata del mio compagno intento a spiegarvi la legge avendo più volte cambiato la vostra versione ....il vostro atteggiamento nei confronti della clientela é molto grave e multabile cosí come il parmigiano muffato che avete portato a tavo per la bimba e questa non ĕ solo una parola di troppo ma un dato di fatto ...per il resto le risposte: mio padre è avvocato e facciamo come ci pare mi spiace ma un luogo pubblico non può fare tale affermazio!! Per il resto se non accettate recensioni veritiere é un problema vostro !!!

Siamo appena tornati dal cenone del ultimo dell'anno è stata una bellissima serata il paradiso per i bambini con gonfiabili e parco giochi si mangia benissimo porzioni abbondanti prezzi bassi! Complimenti ai camerieri gentilissimi e soprattutto ai titolari persone fantastiche con massima attenzione ai clienti!! Ci torneremo sicuramente consigliatissimo!!!!

Siamo andati la prima volta ed abbiamo trovato una brutta sorpresa a livello d'igiene, ma ci è stato cambiato ciò che non poteva essere servito e abbiamo sorvolato, vista la bella struttura e le iniziative x i bambini. La seconda volta abbiamo prenotato ma poi per telefono ci hanno chiesto oltre il super green pass anche il tampone molecolare! Alla richiesta di spiegazioni, visto che non esiste questa normativa, hanno detto che il locale era chiuso per problemi interni.... Pubblicizzando però su Facebook che sono aperti tutta la notte... E comunque ci è stato ribadito che a casa loro fanno come gli pare... Contenti loro!

Not the best in Arezzo but really fun and cheap

Great pool ?‍♂️ at the edge of this beautiful Middle Ages city. Admittance is extremely cheap at 2,5€\pers (5€ during the weekend)+ if you want it: 2,5€ for a deck chair if you are happy with the ones at the end of the garden or 5€/each (min. 2) if you prefer to stay under the umbrellas bear to the pool and with a more comfy chair’s mat. Do not forget to take your “swim-cap” and flip-flop...they are a must to wear. If you don’t have one you can always ask one at the caffetteria/bar/restaurant they sell the swim-caps for just 3€. No food can be carried under the umbrella unless is purchased from their kitchen. Food is good and prices are honest with food too. Staff is the only downside here: do not expect the LIFEGUARDS to do anything when they notice adults and kids keep falling in the little and nasty “walk-in pools” at the pool gates, because they are only worried you will bring some grass in the pool (which they will have to clean). In the restaurant/ bar you will find the most bored WAITER ever, the young guy looks like they have forced him to work. The cue is always long even if everyone is there for a bottle of water, because there are no signs to explain prices and rules or to simply tell you that you could have avoid the long cue because the entrance can be paid at the cashier in the corner...but watch out, if you want to pay that and a coffee you will have to make 2 different cues and cashiers are 3 meters apart. The ladies are the only ones I have notice have an extra gear when serving. All the rest is great, change rooms and toilets are clean, parking is next door and it is free.
