★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Learned 2 fun facts, that was it. During the ride, they play music 60% of the time and at the end the pre-recorded tour guide says "I'm sory I couldn't tell you more about Palermo, there just wasn't enough time". Not cool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tour is OK-ish, the buses travel on schedule, but the price is way too high for what is offered - 20 EUR/person. Palermo is not a big city, you can easily see all of it on foot plus taking a regular bus if needed. There are two different lines, but it's not that easy to figure out how to match them and the schedule is rather strange - for example, line B only travels a few times a day and even less on weekends. Not recommended. If you want to go to Mondello, take bus 806 - it's cheap and simple to find.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is a joke. You have to reserve in advance a ticket for Line D Palermo--Mondello. But no one will answer the phone for hours. And when they do, they do not know what they are talking about. They accepted our reservation for 2 people plus a dog, and then told us via email 3 hours before that we can't take our dog, that the dog can only go on certain buses (but were not told which one). I told them that their customer service was awful, and then he argued with me that they had done nothing wrong. Avoid this unprofessional company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be very wary of these folk. They promised us an all day hop-on hop-off experience with a bus on each line every 20mins or so. After hopping off near the catacombs we waited almost an hour for another red line to appear only to have it stop 10minutes later as it was the end of that line and then wait endlessly for a blue bus to arrive already full. Another similar wait later meant we wasted 2+ hours in Palermo waiting for this hoho bus and yes it was this bus company. This may be a winter racket aimed at the cruise ships but it affects everyone when they don't perform. Not good value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware of this company. They let you pay for full service and offer you "line A" and "line B". If you make a complaint you get the answer you can see this in the time table.....
At the end of the day there is
>only one bus (!!!) traveling and
> line B starts at 5pm
So you stay the whole day waiting for this one bus.
My recommendation: Do not take this service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought the ticket online for 18€, in the bus it would have been 10€... why not the same price?!
The bus doesn't come often, long waiting times! There is just a timetable when the bus departs at station 1, nothing else. The app doesn't work at all!
Today the blue line at 2pm didn't come because of problems. The next would have come at 3. I already had other plans, so I couldn't use this line, although I paid for it.
I recommend to use another buscompany... :(
2 stars because the staff was really friendly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found it a bit difficult to find the first stop using the paper map. Not too much information given on the tour but a fun way to see Palermo in a 1 hour tour. Paid €20 each on the day.
