Cambio valutazione perché a distanza di un mese circa consultandomi con altri ho verificato quello di cui già dubitavo, e cioè aver pagato troppo per una manutenzione. Una pulizia di due split in 30 minuti di lavoro, preventivata x 180 euro!!! Diventati 180 + iva al momento di pagare.. Non sarò vostra cliente. Dear and not very transparent. I ragazzi sono stati disponibili e hanno fatto un buon lavoro pulendo (per quanto possibile) e manutenendo nel contempo il vecchio impianto. Puntuali e rispettosi delle scadenze, le macchine (Fujitsu General, consigliati da loro) hanno cominciato subito a funzionare senza nessun problema The installation was quick (they finished in just over a morning's work). The guys were helpful and did a good job cleaning (as much as possible) and maintaining the old system at the same time. Pertanto dopo alcuni giorni e dopo aver deciso di procedere all'acquisto tramite il sito in questione, ho provato a selezionare gli oggetti da acquistare, ma il sito mi dava un prezzo pari a 0 euro nel totale, invece del prezzo precedentemente visto. Ovviamente ho intuito l'errore tecnico ed ho contattato telefonicamente il negozio, la cui dipendente mi ha riferito che mi avrebbero ricontattato a breve. La telefonata da parte del negozio non è mai avvenuta, pertanto ho ricontattato due volte il negozio e il dipendente in modo molto sgarbato mi ha risposto in 2 secondi, che non vendevano più gli split e staccava la telefonata senza dare alcuna spiegazione. Infine, ho acquistato tramite un altro sito. risposta: Io non faccio ramanzine per i prodotti mancanti, ma per il modo scorbutico e maleducato con cui mi avete attaccato il telefono in faccia senza dare alcuna spiegazione. Comunque gentaglia lo dici a tuo fratello.... ignorante!!! 03.03.2022 Se cambi ogni 2 settimane la tua risposta alla mia recensione per far pensare che sei stato cortese nel modo di rispondermi, sei tu poco credibile. Invece quello che ha iniziato a chiamarmi "gentaglia", "questo individuo" o dire " se ne tornino a casa loro" sei stato tu in tutte le risposte che ha modificato.
