s	silverio torchio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato ricoverato presso la Casa di Cura "Città di Roma", con diagnosi di polmonite Sars 2 (insufficienza respiratoria grave) dal 12 /11 al 2/12/ 2021. Tre settimane nelle quali le mie condizioni sono progressivamente migliorate fino alla non scontata (per me) dimissione: finalmente asintomatico. Una vicenda di sofferenza dall'esito positivo. Il reparto Covid è quello del 6° piano di cui è responsabile il dottor Antonio Menghinelli. Alla sua competenza professionale, in primo luogo, va la mia riconoscenza, ma anche alla sua capacità di relazionarsi con i malati: mai di fretta, anche nell'urgenza; sicuro, sempre positivo, una parola incoraggiante per tutti. Un terapeuta per titolo e destino. Un doveroso ringraziamento anche alla signora Annunziata Scialpi, Nunzia per tutti, la "severissima" Caposala. Efficiente e disponibile. Nonostante maschera e visiera il suo sorriso eloquente è stato un conforto costante. Come le sue strette di mano (rigorosamente guantate) a "farsi forza". Poi da segnalare il personale infermieristico e di supporto dal quale ho ricevuto più di quanto dovuto e immaginabile. Mai mancata, nella loro azione, una parola di quotidiana serenità, un cenno amichevole. Che dire? Una équipe medica e paramedica di prim'ordine. Bravi tutti e tutti ben motivati. Constatare che nel nostro sempre criticato Paese, qualcosa funzioni oltre le aspettative e i luoghi comuni, non può che essere motivo di rinnovata speranza. I was hospitalized at the "Città di Roma" Nursing Home, diagnosed with Sars 2 pneumonia (severe respiratory failure) from 12/11 to 2/12/2021. Three weeks in which my conditions progressively improved up to the not obvious (for me) discharge: finally asymptomatic. A story of suffering with a positive outcome. The Covid department is the one on the 6th floor of which Dr. Antonio Menghinelli is responsible. My gratitude goes to his professional competence in the first place, but also to his ability to relate to the sick: never in a hurry, even in an emergency; safe, always positive, an encouraging word for everyone. A therapist by title and by destiny. A dutiful thanks also to Mrs. Annunziata Scialpi, Nunzia for all, the "very severe" Head Nurse. Efficient and helpful. Despite his mask and visor, his eloquent smile was a constant comfort. Like his handshakes (strictly gloved) to "be strengthened". Then to point out the nursing and support staff from whom I received more than what is due and imaginable. In their action, there was never a word of daily serenity, a friendly nod. What to say? A first-rate medical and paramedical team. All good and all well motivated. Conceiving that in our always criticized country, something works beyond expectations and clichés, can only be a reason for renewed hope.
M	Michele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ricoverato 2 anni fa mia madre, proveniente.dal San Camillo e mi sono trovato benissimo al reparto cardiologia e medicina del primo piano. Accoglienti con me per la mia costante presenza e con mia madre. Grazie sempre di tutto I hospitalized my mother 2 years ago, coming from San Camillo and I had a great time in the cardiology and medicine ward on the first floor. P	Paola De Angelis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È stato portato mio suocero quì per Covid che l'ha preso all'ospedale, non a Città di Roma ma all'Aurelia Hospital, lì era entrato per un femore rotto, lì una dottoressa gli ha attaccato il Covid, così l'hanno portato qui, in questa struttura. Non so cosa gli abbiano fatto, ma penso niente, fatto sta che dopo qualche settimana l'hanno trasferito al San Camillo dove stanotte è morto!!!! Non è colpa di Città di Roma se ha preso il Covid ma qui l'hanno curato malissimo, al San Camillo l'hanno portato che stava male, non potevano fare niente! Mio suocero era cosciente e parlava, l'hanno fatto ammalare! Non ho parole ma solo tanta rabbia! Scappate da questa struttura!!!! I don't know what they did to him, but I think nothing, the fact is that after a few weeks they moved him to the San Camillo where he died tonight !!!! It is not the fault of the City of Rome if he caught Covid but here they treated him very badly, they brought him to San Camillo who was sick, they couldn't do anything! My father-in-law was conscious and talking, they made him sick! I have no words but only so much anger! Escape from this facility !!!!
L	Loredana Di Guida on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza di mia madre ricoverata e della famiglia per averne notizie. Maleducati, supponenti e personale alla reception in aggiunta è anche sguaiato. Non si riesce a parlare con nessuno perché ai numeri indicati non risponde quasi mai nessuno e se rispondo sono appena caduti dal pero. Le e-mail inviate saranno state cestinate senza essere aperte. Un luogo mostruosamente pessimo. Mi auguro che capiti ad ognuno del personale la stessa esperienza vissuta da mia madre a noi figli. Comma un Malato di Alzheimer ha diritto all assistenza di un parente o caregiver soprattutto in caso COVID. Non solo me lo hanno negato , ma il direttore sanitario non risponde a e mail che ho inviato dove ho allegato il DPCM negano anche di essere ricevuta!!!!!
