Possiedo una c4 2015, mi sono recato all'accettazione dell'offcina ricambi, in quanto avevo un guasto alla frizione..., individuato il pezzo da sostituire..., mi è stato detto che il pezzo non lo avevano in casa, e che dovevano ordinarlo alla mia domanda sui tempi, la risposta :
" tempo indefinito" quundi chiedo come posso fare ? risposta : " non lo so ".
Little professionalism ...

Sono stato seguito dal sig. Filippo Patrignani, devo dire che è stato molto Professionale, Diponibilissimo, e molto gentile a tutte le domande fatte anche se capitato per caso, e avendo dovuto trasformare la vettura in autocarro abbiamo avuto dei ritardi burocratici anche perché eravamo sotto le feste di fine Anno, ma è riuscito ad accontentarmi ed addirittura consegnarla presso la mia abitazione prima della fine dell'anno, perché purtroppo per motivi di lavoro io non riuscivo ad andare.
Che dire GRAZIE sig. Patrignani per tutto, sicuramente entro la fine dell'anno dovrò acquistarne un'altra e tornerò a trovare il sig. Filippo....

I was followed by Mr. Filippo Patrignani, I must say that he was very Professional, Very available, and very kind to all the questions asked even if it happened by chance, and having had to transform the car into a truck we had bureaucratic delays also because we were over the end of the year holidays, but he managed to satisfy me and even deliver it to my home before the end of the year, because unfortunately for work reasons I was unable to go.
What can I say THANK YOU Mr. Patrignani for everything, surely by the end of the year I will have to buy another one and I will return to find Mr. Philip ....
