F	Fabrizio Ferrini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non positivo, stante l'estrema cordialità del venditore, la macchina con appena 5.000 km mi è stata consegnata con il tagliando evidentemente non fatto a dovere poiché dopo appena 4 GG ho dovuto fare una prima sosta in officina di mezza giornata e il giorno dopo un fermo auto di 1 GG perché la macchina oltre al problema dei livelli aveva anche la batteria non sufficientemente carica da permettere l'espletamento di tutti i controlli e i test del caso. Mi domando se su un prodotto di tale livello controllare ed eventualmente mettere una batteria nuova avrebbe scombinato la marginalità della concessionaria;ma sicuramente mi avrebbero risparmiato enormi disagi logistici e di tempo lavorativo perso... ovviamente essendo rimasto a piedi non mi viene offerta una macchina sostitutiva ma devo cavarmela da solo.in 10 anni di Hyundai e Volkswagen mai avuto di questi problemi...un bel ritorno in Alfa Romeo dove il cliente conta solo al momento di firmare il contratto.... Un plauso invece per l'assistenza di ancona che nei limiti del possibile si sono prodigati per visionare subito la macchina ma impossibilitati nel ridarmi la macchina perché appunto la batteria aveva bisogno di essere ricaricata per permettere almeno di eseguire le diagnosi.
