M	Massimiliano Festa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 29/11/2021 ho portato la mia C3 a fare il tagliando,presentando un coupon mandatomi da Citroen con uno sconto sul tagliando ma con mille scuse non hanno voluto calcolarlo . Sono riuscito a parlare solo con una ragazza molto giovane che mi è sembrata poco preparata. Una delle mille scuse era che il coupon era solo per prenotazioni on line cosa non vera in quanto è chiaramente riportato sul coupon di presentarlo alla mia officina di fiducia Comunque ho richiesto di annullare l'appuntamento in modo che lo avrei ripreso in line,ma mi è stato risposto che era l'ultimo giorno utile mentre il coupon è valido fino al 20/12. Mi dispiace ma proprio non riesco a metabolizzare quella che per me è una brutta scorrettezza premetto che tutte le volte precedenti avrei fatto una recensione da 5 stelle. On 11/29/2021 I took my C3 to have the coupon done, presenting a coupon sent to me by Citroen with a discount on the coupon but with a thousand excuses they didn't want to calculate it . I was only able to speak to a very young girl who seemed unprepared to me. One of the thousand excuses was that the coupon was only for online bookings which is not true as it is clearly stated on the coupon to present it to my trusted workshop.However, I requested to cancel the appointment so that I would have taken it back online, but I it was replied that it was the last day while the coupon is valid until 20/12. I'm sorry but I just can't metabolize what for me is a bad misconduct I state that all the previous times I would have done a 5-star review.
