Incompetenza, arroganza e maleducazione a fiumi. Non mi dilungo neanche a raccontare l'accaduto, mi limito solamente a dire che lo stesso operatore dell'INPS ha commentato con "sarebbero da denuncia". Mi sono trovata costretta a rivolgermi a loro per iter improbabili di richiesta di un assegno maternità, l'unica cosa che sono stati in grado di fare è stata farmi perdere tempo e pazienza, oltre che prendermi per i fondelli. È assurdo come il personale di questo caf, si approci alla clientela con saccenza, maleducazione e arroganza. Peccato che costoro prendano sovvenzioni statali. Un loro impiegato mi ha persino chiuso la porta in faccia sbraitando. Ho dovuto contare cento volte credetemi. E come non bastasse, non in grado di evadere una semplice pratica, sono stato liquidato dicendomi di rivolgermi direttamente all'agenzia delle entrate !!! Iscritto cisl da una vita....dopo questo trattamento toglierò la tessera. Rudeness, arrogance, incompetence. "Unspeakable" treatment both by the staff but above all by the manager. La gente deve anche lavorare nel frattempo e.....oltretutto non c' è stato modo di prendere un appuntamento prima delle ore 10 NONOSTANTE la mia pratica nn ha urgenze!!! Vergognoso ! Lasciata fuori la porta senza un minimo di spiegazione x il ritardo ... sarebbe bastato un " la chiameremo noi" o un " attenda". A seguire ancor peggio. Arroganza e maleducazione a nascondere una grande incompetenza. Ebbene sì! La conclusione è stata " vada all'agenzia delle entrate". X un normalissimo 730 !?! Con tutti i documenti che in fase di prenotazione mi era stato detto di portare con me. Non hanno visionato nulla. Non mi hanno dato modo di parlare e di spiegare. Ma è questo il trattamento x un cittadino disposto a pagare un servizio ? Premise: I had to must select 1 Star for review ... actually 0 stars!
