C	Clary Berny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolta a questo ufficio per pratica di maternità: la persona incaricata si è dimostrata da subito maleducata e scorbutica con tanto di commento che potevo farmela io a casa da sola la pratica accedendo on-line. Ho provato a chiamare in un'altra occasione per chiedere una semplice informazione e sempre la signora in questione mi ha aggredita non lasciandomi nemmeno il tempo di parlare e dicendo di chiamare INPS se non mi andava bene la sua risposta e attaccando il telefono...assurdo..contando che quello è il suo lavoro! Ho chiamato alla sede di Como ponendo lo stesso interrogativo e mi hanno risposto con estrema tranquillità e cortesia. Da dimenticare!!! G	Guido Zappalà on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che non ho mai avuto problemi con i CAF ACLI con cui faccio la dichiarazione dei redditi da 14 anni. Ma quando ho spostato la residenza in provincia di Como, mi sono rivolto al CAF Acli di Lomazzo. L’esperienza di quest’anno è stata disastrosa. Dopo reiterati solleciti scritti e verbali per ricevere conferma della completezza e conformità della documentazione prodotta per le detrazioni, vengo infine informato, a due mesi dal primo incontro e a 4 giorni lavorativi dalla scadenza del termine di presentazione, che il CAF non mi avalla la presentazione di due fatture in detrazione 90% per bonus facciata per complessivi 16.000 euro, usando argomenti formalistici privi di qualunque logica giuridica e di senso comune. Da notare che tutto ciò è avvenuto dopo che si erano fatti pagare anticipatamente 60 euro per un servizio reso in maniera totalmente negligente. Ho ritirato ieri le mie carte e mi sono rivolto altrove. I 60 euro non sembrano intenzionati a restituirli. Una immagine pessima per la bandiera delle Acli. Tra l'altro volevo prendere un'appuntamento per fare una documentazione ma la signora al posto di farmi entrare per prendere l'appuntamento è uscita per appendere un foglio e sgarbata ente mi ha detto "mi scusi è" anzi che farmi entrare e dopo di che mi ha lasciato fuori chiudendomi la porta in faccia e dopo 5 minuti me ne sono andata Assuming that I am not one who does reviews but today I want to do it.
