Ho telefonato, fissato l'appuntamento e inoltrata la pratica. Vista l'efficienza ho già prenotato per un altro problema da risolvere. Dopo l'incontro per il secondo problema mi vedo costretta a togliere un paio di stelle in quanto tutto ok per le pratiche per la pensione, ma per quanto riguarda la successione non sono in grado di farla perché punto primo: non si occupano di rinunce eredità; punto secondo: se tutto semplice procedono, ma se subentra un problema ti rinviano a un notaio. I have read the mostly negative reviews, as far as I'm concerned I have no criticisms. I phoned, made an appointment and submitted the file. Given the efficiency, I have already booked for another problem to be solved. After the meeting for the second problem I find myself forced to remove a couple of stars as everything is ok for the retirement practices, but as regards the succession I am not able to do it because the first point: they do not deal with inheritance waivers ; second point: if everything is simple they proceed, but if a problem occurs, they refer you to a notary.

Quando fai domande ti guardano come se dovessi già sapere tutto, eccessivamente sbrigativi, per nulla chiari né rassicuranti e interessati solo a farsi pagare a tutti i costi. Ultima chicca: fanno entrare almeno 20 minuti dopo l'orario dell'appuntamento appositamente prenotato dopo ore di attesa per poi lamentarsi che "loro tra poco finiscono il turno" e ti mettono fretta facendo sentire il cliente un peso e un incompetente. È proprio vero che meno devi sgobbare nel tuo lavoro più diventi nullafacente, pigro e antipatico, oltre che poco professionale. Mai più. Bad. When you ask questions they look at you as if you already know everything, excessively hasty, not at all clear or reassuring and only interested in getting paid at all costs. Last gem: they let in at least 20 minutes after the time of the specially booked appointment after hours of waiting and then complain that "they will soon finish their shift" and they rush you making the customer feel a burden and incompetent. It is really true that the less you have to work hard at your job the more you become indifferent, lazy and obnoxious, as well as unprofessional. Never again.
