★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je n'ai pas apprécié ce restaurant. Des choses inscrites dans le menu n'étaient pas disponibles. Des plats du jour proposés avaient un prix élevé alors qu'ils étaient à peine garnis. Enfin la note finale était obscure. Des prix regroupés sous un intitulé obscur. Plus cher que les prix indiqués sur le menu. Je ne recommande pas du tout.
 I did not like this restaurant. Things listed in the menu were not available. Daily specials offered had a high price when they were barely garnished. Finally the final note was obscure. Prices grouped under an obscure title. More expensive than the prices listed on the menu. I do not recommend at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati a pranzo in questo raffinato ristorante con la mia compagna. Lo chef Carmelo ci ha preparato delle prelibatezze in un percorso mai eccessivo e sempre attento. Presto proveremo il Panino Pop!
We had lunch in this fine restaurant with my partner. Chef Carmelo has prepared delicacies for us in a never excessive and always attentive path. Soon we will try the Panino Pop!

Entrando si comincia con dei divani accoglienti su cui sedersi in attesa che i tuoi amici arrivino o che ti preparino il tavolo...I tavoli sono ben apparecchiati con servizi bellissimi. Personale accogliente e preparato. Carta dei vini curata.
Attesa minima. Degustazione di pesce o di carne curata nei minimi particolari. Piatti creati ad arte. Semplicemente eccezionale. Lo Chef Carmelo Ridolfo presenta i piatti in modo accattivante. La qualità elevata ad un prezzo adeguato.
Immersed in the beautiful Piazza San Giovanni in the middle of Corso Italia in Ragusa, it presents itself with an elegant showcase even if in the evening it is not particularly highlighted. Entering you start with cozy sofas to sit on waiting for your friends to arrive or prepare the table ... The tables are well set with beautiful services. Welcoming and trained staff. Curated wine list.
Minimum wait. Tasting of fish or meat with attention to the smallest details. Dishes created with art. Simply exceptional. Chef Carmelo Ridolfo presents the dishes in an appealing way. The high quality at an appropriate price.

Ingredienti ricercati, atmosfera accogliente con sofisticati ambienti in cui poter degustare tutti i sapori della Sicilia sapientemente abbinati dallo chef Carmelo e serviti dall'ospitale Marcello.
Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo.

In short: Michelin star. We would not be surprised if maintaining this quality in a few years it will not have it.
Refined ingredients, welcoming atmosphere with sophisticated environments in which you can taste all the flavors of Sicily expertly combined by chef Carmelo and served by the hospitable Marcello.
Excellent value for money.
Highly recommended !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un posto molto bello… uno dei miei ristoranti preferiti a Ragusa.. location stupenda curata nei minimi dettagli e piatti molto ricercati e gourmet ma con gusto. Consigliati i ravioli con brasato e il lingotto come dessert!
A very nice place… one of my favorite restaurants in Ragusa .. wonderful location with attention to the smallest details and very refined and gourmet dishes but with taste. The ravioli with braised meat and the ingot as dessert are recommended!
