★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local trattoria with great food and atmosphere. Traditional menu with plenty of options, definitely try the cannoli (the best we had in Sicily).
Do not forget to make a reservation else you will be waiting outside! ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad and rude attitude towards new guests! We entered the place looking for a good cullinary experienence being fascinated by good reviews. The restaurant was empty at 12:30 and no reservation notice was on any table. We sat at a table and waited 5 mins for someone to come. Finally a lady came, asked for reservation and once she found we had none, urged us to move to a table next to exit door while the whole restaurant was empty. Terrible attitude, no apology, no good manners. The food might be good, but we will not know as we left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed 2 nights in Ragusa and we had 2 times dinner there. It was amazing. The food is delicious. Don’t expect a super fancy restaurant. Just enjoy the amazing food. Thank you we will come back.

If you want to experience flavors that are at another level you need to come here, everything tastes like it should, the fennel with orange was absolutely out of ordinary. The scallopi al vino bianco is very good and the taste is deep and refreshing, the antipasti was spot on, tasty fresh and full of flavor. The most shocking part was the dessert, the cannolo was absolutely spot on, nothing to say, impressive the chocolate orange and ricotta cake was sublime. I would definitely come back to Luigi for amazing food

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best places I’ve eaten in Italy. All the fruits and vegetables were so incredibly fresh especially the tomatoes and oranges. The ingredients they use are fresh and delicious and simple. The hostess and the chef are extremely personable and they both came out and said hello. I will dream about this place for years to come.

The food was exactly what I expected from Italian cuisine, fresh and tasty ingredients that an expert hand turns into something you want to remember for a long time. The place is small and cozy and Rita and Luigi (we got to meet them) are charming in their different ways and very helpful with the choices.
