★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due ragazzi ai tavoli incredibilmente simpatici e molto molto molto educati, in cucina c'è la loro mamma, il vero "genio in cucina". Fa la cucina di casa, niente di ciò che farebbe uno chef di quelli della TV, che anzi avrebbero da imparare da lei. Per me questo locale fa da mensa aziendale, ma le mense aziendali che ho frequentato in questi ultimi decenni sono malinconiche, con cibo standard di una cucina industriale centrale e distante chilometri, sapori ordinari e soprattutto in silenzio. Ai tavoli in questo circolo di Sarzana c'è atmosfera serena e fra i tavoli ci si scambiano sempre opinioni estatiche sull'ottimo cibo che ogni giorno viene proposto. Bravi ragazzi!
Two guys at the tables incredibly nice and very very very polite, in the kitchen there is their mother, the real "genius in the kitchen". She does the cooking of home, nothing of what a chef would do with those of TV, which they would rather learn from her. For me this place is a company canteen, but the company canteens I have attended in recent decades are melancholy, with standard food from a central industrial kitchen and miles away, ordinary flavors and above all in silence. At the tables in this circle of Sarzana there is a serene atmosphere and between the tables we always exchange ecstatic opinions on the excellent food that is proposed every day. Good guys!
