Perché è bello , si inserisce bene nella cornice storica di Sarzana , è un ambiente caldo e accogliente in inverno , piacevole nel dehors d'estate. Ma ora casca l'asino . Perché vorrebbe una gestione adeguata e culturalmente preparata a tutto quello che è il mondo fuori di Sarzana . Nooo! Quando mai! L'aperitivo si prende alle 19 , perché dopo è tutto finito , non solo gli stuzzichini , ma anche la voglia di servirteli . Quindi t'accontenti di noccioline , patatine del supermercato e olive avanzate . E niente proteste , perché dopo le 19 è ora di cena . Roma? non ho detto un'altra capitale europea , ho detto Roma , Italia . È lontana , un altro mondo , con altre abitudini , al Centrale siamo a Sarzana ! Sarzana è stupenda , il Centrale è bello , la gestione rimasta ai telefoni a muro al tempo degli abusati smartphone . Yes: five stars.
