Calcata is the right place to try vegetarian cuisine. The ARCI La Grotta dei Germogli is even more right! The beauty of the place is equal to the goodness of its cuisine. For once, leave the grilled meat and enjoy the flavors of the earth. Super nice staff.

Characteristic vegetarian restaurant located on a cliff and dug into the cave. Very welcoming both for the furnishings with attention to detail and for the extremely kind staff. Members menu arci 20 euros complete with drinks.

Pancho, Mario e lo staff sono di una gentilezza e squisitezza impareggiabili e vi condurranno in un viaggio di sapori straordinari.
Alta cucina, vegetariana, a pochissimo prezzo. Impossibile non passare da loro.
Vegetarian restaurant in a wonderful cave in old Calcata. Atmospheres that only this country can find, breathe and experience. A journey in space time. Pancho, Mario and the staff are of incomparable kindness and delicacy and will take you on a journey of extraordinary flavors.
Haute cuisine, vegetarian, at a very low price. Impossible not to pass by them.

Per fortuna esserci entrato, locale unico nel suo genere direttamente dentro una grotta con cucina a base di piatti vegetariani e un allegria nell'aria contagiosa. Prezzi onesti Consigliatissimo
Walking through trodden I entered this fairy cave intrigued by the name and the reviews. Luckily to have entered, a unique place of its kind directly inside a cave with cuisine based on vegetarian dishes and a cheerfulness in the contagious air. Fair prices.Highly recommended

Servizio meraviglioso, accogliente e allegro...Il cuoco ha reso delle semplici verdure un'esperienza culinaria memorabile. Non pensavo ma mi toccherà tornare a Calcata per mangiare ancora i loro gnocchi

Wonderful service, welcoming and cheerful ... The cook made simple vegetables a memorable dining experience. I didn't think but I'll have to go back to Calcata to eat their gnocchi again
