★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio poco affidabile, chiamati ad aprile per riparare un frigo,sono intervenuti quando ha fatto comodo a loro dopo aver pagato la chiamata. A tutt oggi 3 settembre non ho avuto alcuna notizia da parte loro e sono stato costretto ad acquistare un nuovo frigo.
Unreliable service, called in April to repair a fridge, intervened when it was convenient for them to pay for the call. To date, September 3, I have not heard from them and have been forced to buy a new fridge.

Inviata email rispondono di avere problemi con il telefono e di provvedere alla richiesta....dopo un paio di giorni mi scrivono che il tecnico era in zona e sarebbe passato....ma nulla...allora via email chiedo un appuntamento certo è non si sono proprio degnato di rispondere....
Nel frattempo contatto un tecnico di ciro' marina che prontamente il giorno dopo é venuto a casa ed ha risolto il problema alla lavatrice e questa è serietà e professionalità .
Serietà e professionalità che non ha dimostrato cirantineo .....e certamente da costui non comprerò nemmeno mai più....dal momento che poi non si può avere nessun tipo di assistenza
I tried to contact him about a month ago ... by phone ... for a washing machine problem .... and it was impossible ...
Sent email they reply that they have problems with the telephone and to provide for the request .... after a couple of days they write me that the technician was in the area and would have passed .... but nothing ... then by email I ask for a certain appointment and I have not really deigned to answer ....
In the meantime I contact a technician from ciro 'marina who promptly came home the next day and solved the problem with the washing machine and this is seriousness and professionalism.
Seriousness and professionalism that Cirantineo has not shown ..... and certainly I will never buy from him again .... since then you cannot have any kind of assistance
