★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver visitato inutilmente 3 negozi di ferramenta diversi per avere il ricambio di una particolare cerniera in acciaio rotta, passavo qui da voi come ultima ratio ma senza tante speranze....alla mia domanda il commesso ha risposto prontamente e con molta più competenza di quelli degli altri posti dandomi anche 2 alternative valide per sostituire il pezzo danneggiato...bravo al commesso e complimenti
After visiting 3 different hardware stores in vain to get the replacement of a particular broken steel hinge, I passed here as a last resort but without much hope .... to my question the clerk answered promptly and with much more competence than those of the other places also giving me 2 valid alternatives to replace the damaged piece ... good to the salesman and congratulations
