★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disponibilità e gentilezza, insieme ad un ottimo condimento, hanno dato ad una base di pizza senza glutine non proprio eccezionale, un sapore accettabile. La prossima volta, (non essendo propriamente"allergiche" al glutine) proveremo la vostra pizza che a vederla sembrava davvero molto buona.
Availability and kindness, together with an excellent seasoning, gave a gluten-free pizza base not exactly exceptional, an acceptable flavor. Next time, (not being "allergic" to gluten) we will try your pizza which looked really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale davvero bello e pulito. Serafina, nonostante di sabato e nonostante il gran da fare ai tavoli ci riceve e ci sistema subito ad un tavolo da poco liberato. Purtroppo in questi giorni bisogna essere pazienti. C'è molta richiesta e può capitare che le pietanze arrivino un pó in ritardo rispetto il tempo sperato. Ma vi assicuro che il gusto ripaga l'attesa. L'impasto della pizza è super, che sia mix di farine o classica. Il contimento abbondante ed è super super super buona.
Non dovrei dirlo ma penso che solo di pizza ci si possa riempire la pancia per l'intera serata, anche se valgono la pena un assaggio anche gli antipasti con salumi e formaggi misti.
Se mi troverò a passare ancora a Terracina sarà sicuramente mia premura una cena qui da Serafina.
Really nice and clean place. Serafina, despite being on Saturday and despite the busy schedule at the tables, receives us and immediately places us at a recently freed table. Unfortunately these days you have to be patient. There is a lot of demand and it can happen that the dishes arrive a little late compared to the hoped time. But I assure you that the taste pays off the wait. The pizza dough is super, whether it is a mix of flours or classic. The filling is abundant and it is super super super good.
I shouldn't say it but I think that only pizza can fill your stomach for the whole evening, even if the appetizers with mixed cold cuts and cheeses are also worth a taste.
If I find myself passing through Terracina again, it will certainly be my concern to have a dinner here at Serafina's.
