★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stiamo facendo l'addestramento del nostro cane qui da loro, nello specifico con Irene, una delle addestratrici. Il cane sta facendo dei sostanziali miglioramenti relativi al suo comportamento. Anche Sara la ragazza che si occupa della toeletta è bravissima. Insomma ambiente accogliente e professionale.
 We are training our dog here with them, specifically with Irene, one of the trainers. The dog is making substantial improvements in his behavior. Sara the girl who takes care of the toilet is also very good. In short, a welcoming and professional environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contatto ieri (giovedì) per un giorno di asilo diurno che sarebbe dovuto avvenire domani (sabato).Prima del soggiorno del cane chiedono GIUSTAMENTE vaccini specifici, esami delle feci che effettuo senza problemi anche perché lo ritengo giusto.. Io a 24h del soggiorno (ovvero oggi, dopo che ci siamo accordati su tutto e ho inviato documentazione richiesta), chiedo se per favore domani possono mandami durante il giorno qualche foto o video (non un book fotografico) e mi rispondono che loro non possono riprendere i cani! E che quindi NON me le possono mandare?
In due anni di asili diurni, pensioni ecc...
Non mi è mai successo che qualcuno si rifiutasse di mandare qualche foto sporadica.
La domanda sorge spontanea, viste tutte le foto sulla pagina fb e sulla pagina Google.
Cosa c’è da nascondere?
Ovviamente ho disdetto la giornata di asilo.
E loro non hanno battuto ciglio.
Contact yesterday (Thursday) for a day of daycare that should have taken place tomorrow (Saturday). Before the dog's stay they RIGHTLY ask for specific vaccines, stool tests that I perform without problems also because I think it is right .. I at 24h of the stay ( or today, after we have agreed on everything and I have sent the required documentation), I ask if tomorrow they can send me some photos or videos during the day (not a photo book) and they reply that they cannot take the dogs back! And who therefore CANNOT send them to me?
In two years of day nurseries, pensions etc ...
It has never happened to me that someone refused to send some sporadic photos.
The question arises spontaneously, given all the photos on the fb page and on the Google page.
What is there to hide?
Obviously I canceled the day of kindergarten.
And they didn't flinch.

Sono cliente da circa un anno e mezzo e non sono mai rimasto deluso. Per il servizio pensione sono giustamente molto esigenti per quanto riguarda vaccinazioni ed esame feci
I hired them both as trainers and for retirement service. In both cases they proved to be competent and available, generous with advice and reliability. I have been a customer for about a year and a half and have never been disappointed. For the pension service they are rightly very demanding with regard to vaccinations and stool tests

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio cane per un corso educativo perché aveva un carattere particolarmente pauroso. Gli addestratori, invece di capire la problematica del cane, lo hanno approcciato in maniera autoritaria, facendolo impaurire ulteriormente (si faceva la pipì sotto quando vedeva l'addestratore e non voleva più salire in macchina). Lo sconsiglio e credo che sia necessario capire meglio la psicologia del cane, non sono tutti uguali!!
I took my dog for an educational course because he was particularly fearful. The trainers, instead of understanding the dog's problem, approached him in an authoritative way, making him even more frightened (he peed underneath when he saw the trainer and didn't want to get into the car anymore). I do not recommend it and I think it is necessary to better understand the psychology of the dog, they are not all the same !!
