★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprato del vivo sul loro sito due mesi fa. Con tutta la comprensione per il periodo, ho però dovuto chiamare io più volte (anche finita l'emergenza) per avere informazioni sul mio ordine. Ogni volta dovevo fornire i riferimenti ed ogni volta mi dicevano che sarei stato richiamato: così non è stato. Ad oggi non si vede luce. Sono pentito di aver effettuato un acquisto sul loro sito.
Aggiornamento 11/ 06: sono arrivati 9 pesci: 4 arrivati già morti ed uno agonizzante. Una lezione per me e,spero, per altri: non acquistate pesci via internet, ma comprateli direttamente in negozio.
 Bought the living on their website two months ago. With all understanding for the period, it though I had to call several times (even the emergency is over) to get information about my order. Every time I had to provide references and each time I was told that I would be called: it did not happen. As of today we do not see light. I am sorry that I have made a purchase on their site.
Update 11/06: 9 fish arrived: 4 arrived already dead and one dying. A lesson for me and, I hope, for others: do not buy fish via the internet, but buy them directly in the shop.

Il negozio è molto ben fornito. Oltre agli acquari sono fornitissimi sugli animali domestici di ogni genere.

se mai il proprietario dovesse rispondere
potrei sapere che giorno riempite le vasche con le nuove consegne e se è possibile richiedere la consegna di una particolare specie ?

In entrambi i casi, trattandosi di acquisti online, si sono dimostrati gentilissimi, disponibili e super puntuali nelle consegne. Fabio anche al telefono si è dimostrato premuroso nel sapere se fosse arrivato tutto puntuale e senza danni, oltre che a darmi alcuni consigli sulle misurazioni dell'acqua. CONSIGLIATISSIMI!
I bought a Zolux Iseo 60 aquarium and a JBL case with reagent tests. In both cases, being online purchases, they proved to be very kind, helpful and super punctual in deliveries. Fabio, also on the phone, was thoughtful in knowing if everything had arrived on time and without damage, as well as giving me some advice on water measurements. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
