★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably rude staff. I arrived and the staff was on the phone had to wait to be told I can’t buy a ticket 15 minutes after the film starts at exactly 15 past. They have no courtesy for regular customers with a subscription, which I asked if they could take a viewing off and allow me inside to join my friend. No luck, quite inhuman.
