Poi nel momento delicato che stiamo vivendo, tra divieti e prescrizioni che ci circondano, nel salone mi sono sentita tutelata al massimo e al sicuro.
Professionalism, kindness and customer care have won me over. I spent a nice and relaxing afternoon and came out with a new tailor-made look.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo un anno disastroso per i miei capelli in cui ho incontrato solo parrucchieri che me li hanno distrutti e dopo tanti soldi buttati decido di fare l'ultimo tentativo...leggendo le recensioni ho pensato "ok dai, proviamo!" Mi chiama Valentina...30 minuti di piacevoli chiacchiere e risate e prendiamo un appuntamento.
Ieri arrivo in salone (l'attesa è un po' lunga ma c'era stato un imprevisto) mi siedo e sconsolata non le dico nulla (pensando tanto nessuno mi capisce) insomma lei scruta i miei capelli, sono visibilmente disidratati e mi dice: "prima la salute,poi il resto".
Tinta, un bel bagno di colore, taglio e staminali e....i miei capelli sono rinati e dell'effetto che volevo ?.
Per una volta una PARRUCCHIERA che non DEVE VENDERE per forza ma che PENSA ALLA SALUTE DEI TUOI CAPELLI PER DAVVERO.
Che dire...per una come me che cura i suoi capelli e ci tiene davvero tantissimo aver trovato te è prezioso (e non sono una persona dai complimenti facili).

After a disastrous year for my hair in which I only met hairdressers who destroyed them and after a lot of wasted money I decide to give the last attempt ... reading the reviews I thought "ok come on, let's try!" Valentina calls me ... 30 minutes of pleasant chat and laughter and we make an appointment.
Yesterday I arrive in the salon (the wait is a bit long but there was an unexpected event) I sit down and disconsolate I don't say anything (thinking so much no one understands me) in short, she examines my hair, they are visibly dehydrated and tells me: "health first, then the rest".
Dye, a nice color bath, cut and stem and .... my hair is reborn and the effect I wanted ?.
For once a HAIRDRESSER who does not necessarily have to SELL but who THINKS ABOUT THE HEALTH OF YOUR HAIR FOR REAL.
What can I say ... for someone like me who takes care of her hair and really cares a lot, having found you is precious (and I'm not a person with easy compliments).
