Affidata ad una ragazza inesperta, senza il controllo o la supervisione della titolare, nonostante io fossi visibilmente preoccupata per la sorte dei miei capelli e la ragazza visibilmente in difficoltà.
Ho trascorso oltre 40 minuti in piedi nel tentativo da parte dell' apprendista di rimediare al disastro, di quello che avrebbe dovuto essere una semplice spuntatura ai miei capelli pari. 40 minuti in cui l'apprendista ad occhio e mano libera ha deliberatamente accorciato più del dovuto i miei capelli che aveva precedentemente tagliato sbagliando. Per non parlare della "piega"
Il risultato un disastro totale.
Arrivata alla cassa, non una scusa, non uno sconto.... Non una parola.
Un lavoro che agli occhi di un professionista non dovrebbe trovare compenso in termini economici.
Surreal and stressful experience that of Saturday afternoon. Over 2 hours to trim fringe and hair of a couple of cm. Entrusted to an inexperienced girl, without the owner's control or supervision, although I was visibly worried about the fate of my hair and the girl visibly in trouble.
I spent over 40 minutes standing up in the apprentice's attempt to remedy the disaster of what should have been a simple trimming of my equal hair. 40 minutes in which the free hand and eye apprentice deliberately shortened my hair that had previously been wrongly cut. Not to mention the "fold"
The result is a total disaster.
Arriving at the checkout, not an excuse, not a discount .... Not a word.
A job that in the eyes of a professional should not find compensation in economic terms.
