Oltre ad un intensa preparazione fisica il Maestro insegna con molta semplicità non solo le varie tecniche di combattimento note ma anche quelle appartenenti alla tradizione di lotta thai, l'ideale sia per chi é alle prime armi che per chi cerca di affinare la tecnica.
Il mio consiglio: venite a fare la giornata di prova! Non ve ne pentirete.
I have been training for about 3 years with the Muay Thai Boran group and I am very well. In addition to an intense physical preparation the Master teaches with great simplicity not only the various known fighting techniques but also those belonging to the Thai fighting tradition, ideal for both beginners and those seeking to refine the technique.
