Vivo nel quartiere Montesacro e sono contento di aver trovato questo posto, un posto in cui si può socializzare, una palestra a misura d'uomo ideale per far crescere bene i vostri ragazzi non solo con obbiettivi fisici ma anche umani. Io frequento la sala pesi tre volte a settimana, lunedì, mercoledì e venerdì. In questi tre giorni l'istruttore è molto simpatico e preferisce musica Rock che a chi piace può dare un motivo in più per stare in compagnia e parlare di musica. Inoltre non manca il dibattito sul calcio e sullo sport in generale. Le docce come ho letto precedentemente nelle recensioni, sono state rinnovate con uno stile blu molto elegante ed è presente inoltre anche la sauna finlandese che ti permette di tonificare il tuo corpo. Insomma metto 5 stelle perchè sono pienamente soddisfatto di questo percorso prima di tutto UMANO. Luigi Hello everybody. I am a 23 year old boy and I have been going to this gym since I was 15. I live in the Montesacro district and I'm happy to have found this place, a place where you can socialize, a human-sized gym ideal for making your kids grow well not only with physical but also human goals. I go to the weight room three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. In these three days the instructor is very nice and prefers Rock music which can give those who like it one more reason to be in company and talk about music. There is also no lack of debate on football and sport in general. The showers as I read previously in the reviews, have been renovated with a very elegant blue style and there is also a Finnish sauna that allows you to tone your body. In short, I put 5 stars because I am fully satisfied with this path first of all HUMAN. Luigi

Corsi ecc bravi Returned after an absence of 8 years .. I find Cinzia's gym .. beautiful, clean and invigorated with new and useful tools .. remarkable showers! Courses etc good
