Il servizio è gradevole per il modo di fare dei dipendenti, ci si sente quasi come a casa di amici, sebbene stare a sedere sulle sedie all'esterno possa farvi venire il sedere a scacchi (meglio avere un cuscino in macchina per queste evenienze). Il cibo è succulento, nello specifico porzioni abbondanti, presentate in stile moderno, e i dolci non sono zuccherati eccessivamente (ho preso anelli di cipolla, irish burger e cheesecake con riduzione di Santa Giulia). Rapporto qualità prezzo onesto, ma se andate per bere birra e al limite un pò di finger food direi che vince la qualità sul prezzo (le birre sono gagliarde). Non ho dato 5 stelle perché dopo tanto tempo che non andavo mi era rimasto il ricordo del vecchio locale (probabilmente adesso è la divisione che fa solo asporto) che aveva un sacco di particolari che non ho mai trovato da altre parti, come i biscotti appena sfornati portati ad oltranza mentre aspetti che arrivino le birre, o ancora i quadri con i rilievi accentuati e improbabili, perciò da questo punto di vista mi è rimasto un pò di amaro in bocca. Che si abbinava comunque al gusto della Santa Giulia. Complimenti. The place is industrial style (in fact when you park you are in the industrial area), you may like it or not. There is so much space! The service is pleasant due to the way the employees work, it almost feels like a friend's house, although sitting on the chairs outside can give you a checkered seat (better to have a pillow in the car for these events). The food is succulent, specifically large portions, presented in a modern style, and the desserts are not overly sugary (I got onion rings, Irish burger and cheesecake with Santa Giulia reduction). Fair value for money, but if you go for beer and a bit of finger food, I would say that the quality wins over the price (the beers are strong). I did not give 5 stars because after a long time that I did not go I had the memory of the old place (probably now the division that only does take-out) which had a lot of details that I have never found elsewhere, such as freshly baked cookies. baked to the bitter end while you wait for the beers to arrive, or even the paintings with accentuated and improbable reliefs, so from this point of view I still have a bit of a bitter taste in my mouth. Which still matched the taste of Santa Giulia. Congratulations.

Punto debole il servizio al tavolo, ma stanno migliorando! Ci tornerò sicuramente! PBC has evolved in this new adventure. What can I say, Pierluigi and his beers deserve five stars and more. Weak point is the table service, but they are improving! I will definitely be back!

Ampia scelta di birre artigianali, tutte bene descritte (anche senza glutine). Locale moderno e accogliente. Personale giovane e cortese. Gli hamburger assaggiati buoni e con qualche nota di novità rispetto alle solite proposte. Su richiesta hanno anche panini gluten free. Second headquarters of a historic brewery in an area where it is certainly easier to find parking. Wide choice of craft beers, all well described (even gluten-free). Modern and welcoming place. Young and courteous staff. The burgers tasted good and with some hints of novelty compared to the usual proposals. On request they also have gluten free sandwiches.
