Alex Xiey (se cosi si chiama) scende dalla macchina e chiede di poter scorciare 2 mensole, sottolineando che avrebbe pagato il servizio, dopo aver ottenuto il medesimo in maniera celere, gli e' stata chiesta la cifra "folle" di 5 €. con scontrino allegato...il signore (se cosi' si puo' chiamare), stizzito dice che e' una cifra esosa...se si considera che in quei 5 € sono compresi un operaio, l'accensione della sezionatrice, il servizio e l'IVA al 22%, non so quanto volesse spendere... allora mi chiedo:"non e' che avrebbe voluto il servizio gratis???"...consiglierei vivamente in alternativa di comprarsi un bel seghetto!!! p.s. Inoltre, gradirei sapere quale professione svolge (se lavora) questo emerito individuo.... I was present at the scene ... I would strongly recommend as an alternative to buy a nice hacksaw !!! P.S. Furthermore, I would like to know which profession (if it works) this emeritus individual performs ...

Per 4 tagli dritti a due tavole di abete lunghe poco più di un metro, mi hanno chiesto 5 euro e si sono pure offesi per avergli fatto notare educatamente che era una richiesta eccessiva per due minuti scarsi di lavoro. Tra parentesi, pochi mesi prima avevo acquistato da loro circa 200€ dello stesso legname, e non è stata l'unica volta. Peccato, hanno perso un cliente e ogni passaparola positivo che ci sarebbe stato da parte mia. Rudeness and exorbitance at the highest level (as unfortunately in Livorno it happens frequently). For 4 straight cuts to two long spruce boards just over a meter, they asked me for 5 euros and were even offended by politely pointing out that it was an excessive request for two minutes of scarce work. Incidentally, a few months earlier I had purchased about € 200 of the same timber from them, and it was not the only time. Too bad, they lost a customer and every positive word of mouth that would have been there on my part.

Ps per una vecchia recensione presente (vabbe', e di tempo fa, ma insomma...): nel taglio da 5 euro, non ci sono solo i costi dei 2 minuti di lavoro, ma anche il macchinario che lei non ha, e che loro hanno. E tale macchinario ha un costo di manutenzione bello alto. Ci ragioni. Fair prices and very helpful staff.
