E	Enzo Toccafondi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco professionali, telefonando mi hanno detto che facevano un preventivo. Quando sono arrivato per consegnargli la TV mi hanno detto il preventivo costa €15. Non mi hanno fatto lo scontrino per il preventivo. Successivamente mi hanno chiamato e mi hanno comunicato che la spesa per la riparazione era €115 e non mi hanno nemmeno detto per cosa era la riparazione o cosa hanno trovato rotto. Solo dopo avergli chiesto quali parti avevano trovati danneggiate o non funzionanti mi hanno risposto evasivamente qualcosa. Secondo me da evitare. Unprofessional, they told me on the phone that they were making a quote. When I arrived to deliver the TV they told me the quote costs € 15. They didn't send me a receipt for the quote. Later they called me and told me that the repair cost was € 115 and they didn't even tell me what the repair was for or what they found broken. Sotto il mio sguardo in attesa di essere servito ho subito notato basi fondamentali Del commercio vecchio stampo. Cortesia ( cortesia che ha molti commercianti manca)e giusti consigli....e si perché il cliente va coccolato come già ben loro fanno. Ho portato da poco da loro un amplificatore Denon Anni 80 circa., ed è stato bellissimo vedere nel tecnico Walter una luce di contentezza per un prodotto di quasi 30 anni. Con molta passione e cura sua il mio amplificatore mi ha atteso riparato perfettamente nel ingresso del locale diffondendo il suo suono forte puro e carico dell operato eseguito. Il sistema Google mi fa dare solo 4 stelle, per me ne meritereste 4 mica miliardi. Grazie a voi e pochi altri negozi storici la Magliana vive. Alla prossima Alberto???????????
