Bad service, in 2020 they are not able to have a timetable of their shuttles on the net. Nobody knows the timetables from ticket sales to their drivers !! You find yourself waiting for hours. What are they to do?

Felt like sheep getting herded onto the bus.
I asked the driver if we could place our luggage underneath in the storage hold, but we were quickly waved onto the bus and we had to sit the whole of the bus ride back to Rome cramped in the seat.
The driver thought he was a Hollywood actor with his dark shades and half grown stubble , thinking he was too good to have a smile and be helpful , maybe someone should remind him most of his passengers probably pay as much tax in a month than he earns in a year, and we are the ones paying his wages... very disappointed.
