Soddisfatto della loro cura del cliente e disponibilità, professionisti nei rapporto personale e svolgimento delle pratiche burocratiche. Penso sia comunque da rivedere l'effettiva verifica meccanica svolta alle auto in vendita e la poca trattabilità del prezzo a seguito di tale evidenza. Inoltre andrebbero spiegate meglio le condizioni di validità della polizza componenti che offrono, visto che è vincolata anche all'ultimo tagliando effettuato. Ovviamente questa è stata la mia esperienza. I bought an Alfa Giulietta from them. Ho acquistato una bmw serie 2 al primo appuntamento dato che la macchina era come descritta dall’annuncio con tanto di video e ben 59 foto! La macchina era già stata controllata da loro per quanto riguarda incidenti, ex proprietari ecc. poi controllata da me all’ACI ed era tutto come descritto da loro. Per il passaggio e il libretto ci hanno pensato a tutto loro in tempi brevissimi, Fatto tutto con mezza giornata. Grazie mille specialmente a MATTEO e SIRIO che hanno gestito la mia pratica. CONSIGLIO A TUTTI. Very professional, friendly and helpful guys. I bought a bmw 2 series on the first date since the car was as described in the ad complete with a video and 59 photos! The car had already been checked by them for accidents, former owners etc. then checked by me at ACI and everything was as described by them. For the passage and the booklet they thought of everything in a very short time, done everything with half a day. Thanks a lot especially to MATTEO and SIRIO who managed my practice. ADVICE TO ALL.
