Mi dicono che l'etichetta del passaggio da applicare sul libretto l'hanno spedita a Taranto luogo di nasciata (non so neanche a quale indirizzo) anziche spedirla a L'Aquila luogo attuale di residenza...mi fanno subito un'altro foglio di via valido 30gg.....ad oggi aprile 2019 non si sono fatti sentire...non rispondono al telefono...mi sto recando dai carabinieri per denunciare l'accaduto...nel frattempo io non posso circolare con la mia vettura perche' se mi dovessero fermare mi farebbero la multa che devo pagare necessariamente io. A Voi espimere un giudizio sull'operato di questa agenzia. M	Martina Bellezza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A tutt'oggi un'auto che ho venduto ed è stata esportata in Romania, risulta di mia proprietà. Sono passati 2 anni e loro non si ritrovano la pratica! Ovviamente i bolli continuano ad arrivare e loro si sono presi i soldi (neanche pochi) senza comunicare al PRA il passaggio di proprietà. Gli impiegati poi non sanno dare spiegazioni, si e no balbettano cose inutili senza risolvere il problema da loro creato, rimandandoti ad un n di telefono dell'ACI dove pero le carte non sono mai state depositate, pertanto non ti sanno aiutare nemmeno loro!!! Sono 5 anni che però il passaggio non risulta depositato e sono quindi 5 anni che continuano ad arrivare bolli da pagare da parte della regione Lazio. Come già detto telefonicamente qualche mese fa, poiché i soldi vi son stati consegnati sull'unghia e poiché abbiamo la documentazione a testimonianza del fatto che la mancanza è solo vostra, all'arrivo dell'ennesima cartella da pagare sareste state denunciati. Così provvederò a fare domattina visto che abbiamo ricevuto un'altra lettera dalla Regione.
