L'altro giorno invece ho avuto un piccolo inconveniente che data la sua delicatezza si potrà comprendere se si avrà una certa attenzione nei rapporti umani, che certamente non è staccata dalla professionalità. Sono entrata su invito di una nuova commessa del reparto estetico (bionda), mi sono avviata e messa in fila, siccome avanzando, procedevo insieme ad altre persone, ci siamo ritrovati in pochi secondi tutti vicini. La signora è sopraggiunta e da dientro mi ha preso il braccio e leggermente tirato per dirmi di retrocedere. Mi ha infastidito moltissimo essere toccata da un'estranea ed essere tirata anche se leggermente, è un gesto molto maleducato ed invadente, sarebbe bastato dirmi: "signora venga indietro per favore" e giustamente mi sarei fatta indietro. Essere toccati in quel modo li da una persona estranea è quanto di meno professionale e quanto di più becero invadente e maleducato ci sia. Sono certa che il dottore coglierà cosa voglio dire, del resto la qualità in una persona è un qualcosa che si costruisce nel tempo e non si acquista con i punti della Parmalat. Cordiali saluti. I entered at the invitation of a new order from the beauty department (blonde), I started and lined up, as moving forward, I proceeded together with other people, we found ourselves close in a few seconds. The lady came up and took me by the arm and slightly pulled to tell me to go back. It annoyed me a lot to be touched by a stranger and to be pulled even if slightly, it is a very rude and intrusive gesture, it would have been enough to tell me: "lady come back please" and I would have rightly backed off. Being touched that way by a stranger is the least professional and the most intrusive and rude there is. I am sure that the doctor will grasp what I mean, after all quality in a person is something that is built up over time and is not purchased with Parmalat points. Best regards.
