Un tempo il farmacista faceva quello che diceva il cliente e non quello che vuole il mercato…pessimi sulla assistenza alla clientela SMETTETELA sembrate dei bambini! C’è un piccolo parcheggio all’esterno ma si può parcheggiare anche sulla via senza intralciare la circolazione. This pharmacy is very important in this area, as it is also open at night. Chiamo la mia dottoressa e mi faccio mandare tramite telefono la ricetta... Torno oggi in questa farmacia e hanno iniziato una storia perché non ho avuto modo di stamparla... Alla fine senza medicina perché questo personale Super sgarbato e pochissimo professionale nel suo lavoro... Invece io penso, in base alla mia esperienza, di aver fortunatamente contattato una Dott.ssa gentilissima e scrupolosa, di cui purtroppo non ricordo il nome. Ho contattato la farmacia per un preparato galenico urgente, che altre farmacie della zona non facevano o servivano un paio di giorni. Data l'impossibilità di procedere alla preparazione nei tempi indicati perché si trattava di una ricetta veterinaria e io purtroppo non l'avevo specificato, sono stata immediatamente contattata per essere avvisata che sarebbero serviti alcuni giorni e mi hanno consigliato a chi rivolgermi per fare presto . Dopo qualche ora sono riuscita ad avere il medicinale richiesto. Grazie ancora I believe that the slowness of the staff is not a good reason to judge the professionalism of a Pharmacist Doctor. Instead I think, based on my experience, that I have fortunately contacted a very kind and scrupulous Doctor, whose name unfortunately I do not remember. Given the impossibility of proceeding with the preparation in the indicated times because it was a veterinary recipe and unfortunately I had not specified it, I was immediately contacted to be advised that it would take a few days and they advised me who to contact to be quick.
