★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo Esperienza negativa per quanto riguarda assistenza post vendita e risoluzione dei problemi. Ringrazio per la risposta ma ho già tentato di risolvere con il responsabile il problema riscontrato (mi è stato consegnato un modulo vetrato con vetro rotto..) e la soluzione quasi a farmi un favore era quella di riacquistare il prodotto (già pagato in anticipo) con un po' di sconto. Lavorando si può sbagliare ma bisogna prendersi le proprie responsabilità e risolvere il problema . Fare ripagare un prodotto, seppur con sconto, già abbondantemente pagato non mi sembra una soluzione. Purtroppo ho dovuto rivolgermi ad altri vista l impossibilità ad avere un ragionevole riscontro da parte Vostra.
Unfortunately, negative experience with regards to after-sales service and troubleshooting. Thank you for your reply but I have already tried to solve the problem with the manager (I was given a glazed module with broken glass ..) and the solution almost to do me a favor was to buy back the product (already paid in advance) with a little 'off. By working you can be wrong but you have to take responsibility and solve the problem. Making a product repay, albeit with a discount, already abundantly paid does not seem a solution. Unfortunately, I had to address others due to the impossibility of having a reasonable response from you.
